Asaro Olives Pitted Green

Sicily-Italy. The Asaro Family has been harversting and crushing olives in the Valle del Belice, Sicily since 1916. Castelvetrano olives also know as Nocellara del Belice are among the most popular Italian Olives. Our olives are hand-picked, processed same day within four hours of being picked, and preserved with natural sea salt from Trapani, Sicily. The olives are large, naturally green and have a mild, buttery flavor. They are great for snacking, and pair well with cheese and antipasto.
