Castelvetrano olives also know as Nocellara del Belice are among the most popular Italian Olives. Our olives are hand-picked, processed same day within four hours of being picked, and preserved with natural sea salt from Trapani, Sicily. The olives are large, naturally green and have a mild, buttery flavor. They are great for snacking, and pair well with cheese and antipasto.
